Brittany Damper is the National Sales Director - East at Elevate Structures, where she leads sales and market growth for innovative framing solutions in mid-rise construction across the Eastern region of the U.S. With over 9 years of experience in architectural sales and building materials, she has cultivated key relationships with architects, developers, and contractors to grow specifications and deliver technical support from design to build.

Brittany holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Communications from Notre Dame College, where she was a three-time MVP on the women's golf team. She now serves as President of Ladies Who Golf, a community dedicated to empowering both professional women and young girls in marginalized communities through beginner-friendly golf experiences that foster confidence, mentorship, and opportunity. She believes golf is not just a sport, but a platform for opening doors-on and off the course.

As a SPIKE Studio Board Member, Brittany is passionate about expanding access to careers in architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate development-especially for students from underserved communities. She believes in the power of early exposure and mentorship to create a more diverse and inclusive pipeline for the building industry.
