Michele brings more than 30 years of leadership in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, along with a passion for building strong communities and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

She currently serves in a national leadership role at an ENR Top 10-ranked engineering and architecture firm, where she leads high-performing pursuit teams focused on some of the nation's most complex and transformative projects. Throughout her career, Michele has been a dedicated champion of LEED and Envision principles, advancing sustainable practices while delivering innovative solutions across higher education, government, transportation, sports, aviation, and infrastructure projects.

As SPIKE Studio's Director of Community Affairs, Michele will help strengthen relationships across our industry, foster meaningful partnerships, and expand opportunities that inspire and prepare the next generation of architects, engineers, designers, and construction professionals.

Her passion for leadership, sustainability, mentorship, and community engagement reflects the very heart of SPIKE Studio's mission, and we're honored to welcome her to our Board of Directors.
